The developer received a permit to build Paveletskaya Plaza – the shopping mall on the site of long-term construction
Mall Management Group received a building permit for the underground shopping mall which will appear on the site of the long-term construction on Paveletskaya Square. The representatives of the developer told Afisha Daily about it.

The building permit is issued for two years. The construction of the shopping mall will begin in September 2019, and its opening is scheduled for the third quarter of 2021.

The company also told about the details of the project: on the upper level, a landscape Park with recreation areas will be divided, and on the lower level, a Parking lot for 277 places will appear.

Mall Management Group first presented Paveletskaya Plaza project at the Mapic Russia exhibition in April. The total area of the Mall will be 73000 m2. It will be directly connected to the underground; it is planned to build three underground levels. About a quarter of the area of the new shopping mall will be occupied by public catering: restaurants, cafes, food courts and supermarkets.

Initially, a construction on Paveletskaya Square began back in 2007, but two years later, construction stopped and became the subject of multilateral trial. The long-term construction became the subject of jokes when the Yandex.Maps began to recognize the flooded construction pit as a reservoir.
