The occupancy rate of Salaris mall in GLO increased by 20% within August
Mall Managment Group announces the opening of 40 fashionable and entertaining anchor tenants in Salaris shopping mall. Within August 2019, the occupancy rate of Salaris mall in GLO increased by 20%. By the official opening, which will be held in October, it is planned to hand over the object to 100% of the gross leasable area.

Guests of the shopping mall can already visit the stores of perfume and cosmetics chains Rive Gauche (600m2) and Golden Apple (1100m2). Anchor tenants such as Inditex brands (Zara 2740 m2, Zara Home 604 m2, Oysho 456 m2, Pull&Bear 905 m2, Stradivarius 412m2, Bershka 750 m2), Japanese casual wear brand Uniqlo (1600 m2), Gloria Jeans (1100 m2), Marks & Spencer (530 m2) have also opened their doors. The fashion store Sinsay with an area of 2000 m2 was opened in a flagship format.

The family restaurant and an amusement Park Teika Boom (1950 m2) and the children's center Happy City are available for guests with children. The fish restaurant and shop "Moremania" has become a new gastronomic discovery (412 m2).

A lease on the premises was also signed with a chain of fitness clubs DDX (more than 2000 m2). The club offers premium Technogym equipment, 50 types of group training under the Les Mills program, Hammam, sauna and Spa.

Salaris shopping mall opened in April 2019 in a technical mode. The total area of the Mall is 310,000 m2. It is located near the underground station Salaryevo, which passenger traffic will exceed 90,000 people per day, and an international bus station with a capacity of 250 buses per hour. Covered Parking for 3,500 cars and park-and-ride for 1,500 cars is also available for visitors. An advantageous location in an area with a total population of 3.5 million people will ensure a consistently high traffic of visitors.
